人中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白 Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin, NGAL 急性肾损伤(Acute kidney injury, AKI) 是由多种原因引起的肾功能在短时间内下降而出现的临床综合征。迄今为止,AKI 依然是十分常见而严重的临床问题。缺乏特异性的早期临床诊断指标, 是治疗该病的主要障碍, 导致 AKI 的发生率、病死率居高不下。人类中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白( Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin, NGAL) 是载脂蛋白家族的新成员,由人类中性粒细胞分泌。其编码含197个氨基酸残基的肽链，分子量为25 kD。NGAL参与肾小管上皮细胞的发生及功能调控, 是一种高效的新型 AKI 早期肾损伤临床诊断标志物。如果在 AKI的早期阶段进行治疗, 可以很大程度上降低肾衰竭的发生。因此尽早诊断 AKI, 已成为肾病治疗的一个关键因素。胱抑素C目前临床广泛应用于早期肾损伤诊断。但是比较而言, NGAL 在急性肾损伤早期阶段方面的诊断价值要大于胱抑素 C。本公司提供的NGAL为人源重组蛋白，具有很强的免疫原性，可以用作抗原制备高效价的NGAL抗体，同时也可用作检测的阳性对照。我们也可以提供稳定的蛋白制剂。相关参数如下：性状：液体或冻干粉包装规格：≥1mg/ml 储存条件：4℃或-20℃ 查看详情
