Wittig反应是醛酮与含磷的试剂——烃代亚甲基三苯基膦反应,生成相应的烯类化合物。该反应收率高、反应条件温和,是近年来在有机合成方法上发展较快地反应之一。G. Wittig正是由于此反应及相关的研究荣获了1979年的诺贝尔化学奖。
